Invasive Species

Buckthorn, reed canary grass, garlic mustard, and so many others. It's often the biggest issue that landowners and managers face. We are here to help you efficiently manage these species. We now offer emerald ash borer treatments.

Rain Gardens

We are excited to offer rain garden design and installation. Rain gardens help slow runoff, provide habitat in residential and commercial areas, and look great. If you haven't heard of a rain garden before, check out this link.

Forest Management

Forests need care whether you have a city lot or thousands of acres. Regardless of your goals - timber production, forest stewardship, wildlife habitat - we have experience working on lands like yours.

Native Plantings (& Prairies)

We plant native species to keep our forests, wetlands, and meadows healthy. We design and install prairies and pollinator fields of all sizes and soils. Our company conducts prescribed burns. EcoNorth also plants trees and shrubs including for commercial reforestation efforts.

Management Planning

Many properties need plans that explain the goals and steps that the manager desires. We also often work with the NRCS, DNR, and other organization to help landowners obtain funding.

Ecological Surveys

We have the equipment and knowledge to conduct surveys including for rare plants, invasive plants, and wetlands. Through collaborators, we offer bat, bird, amphibian, and other surveys. We are now offering assistance with statistics and GIS also.
